Sheahan, Ziv, Join ‘Direct to Consumer’ Enablement Company

FASTG8, a digital media company focused on driving ecommerce for the largest brands in the Outdoor and Active Lifestyle marketplaces, has added two industry veteran Casey Sheahan and Zohar Ziv to its roster. Among other roles, Sheahan served as the CEO of Patagonia up until February 2014, while Ziv retired from Deckers Outdoor Corporation in January, after almost 9 years with the company, where he most recently held the title of COO.

“Casey and Zohar have each recently retired from brands at the forefront of the Outdoor Industry, both in terms of overall market share and ecommerce sophistication,” says Tyler Moebius, FASTG8 CEO. “Their understanding of the challenges and opportunities that brands in our space face is invaluable to FASTG8 and its partners.”

“FASTG8 is bringing proven technological solutions and thought leadership to the outdoor industry at a time of great opportunity for brands large and small to reach their customers where they’re shopping…online,” comments Sheahan. “The FASTDASH interface is an innovative technology that makes big data digestible for everyone in an organization. It provides data-driven insights that inform full-funnel marketing strategy.”

“More consumers across the globe are buying online every day,” says Ziv. “Brands that are reaching their consumers across the web have the greatest growth potential. FASTG8 is on the forefront of this trend, powering brands with digital media execution that fuels direct-to-consumer ecommerce. Joining the team is a unique opportunity to help drive major change in an industry I know and love.”
