Mountain safety and outdoor equipment vendor Mammut announced a collaboration with National Ski Patrol (NSP), an organization committed to safety and rescue education for the outdoor industry. This partnership is expected to mark a step forward in advancing mountain safety for skiers and ski patrollers across the U.S..
Under the agreement, more than 30,000 NSP members will gain exclusive access to specially designed, Mammut uniforms that reflect its standards for quality, durability and functionality on the mountain. These uniforms are crafted to meet the specific needs of patrollers, allowing them to perform their duties in challenging conditions. The uniforms debuted at this year’s Powderfall Gala in Vail, Colorado on April 14.
The partnership also includes patroller benefits that highlight both parties’ mutual dedication to mountain safety. NSP members will gain access to Mammut products, including cutting-edge avalanche safety equipment, training tools, its gear repair program and fleet maintenance for avalanche safety equipment.
