Yonder Unveils Partner Outreach Tool

Yonder, an outdoor recreation mobile app and adventure guide, unveiled its new ‘Powered By Yonder’ partner integration platform at Outdoor Retailer Summer Market 2015. The new web offering gives the outdoor and adventure-travel industries custom tools to reach Yonder’s community of more than 360,000 explorers and 26,000 user-enriched outdoor destinations.

Fueled by its adventure-focused mobile community, the ‘Powered By Yonder’ platform includes widgets to drive third-party engagement. Additionally, partners can use destination and experience-specific functions to promote their events, campaigns and retail locations. The ‘Powered by Yonder’ platform has already delivered unique interactive experiences for The North Face, Ibex, Osprey Backpacks, the United States Forest Service, and other, says the company. “In fact, collaborations with Yonder typically yield ten times the engagement rate of similar social content promotions,”says the company.

“Yonder is quickly becoming the social infrastructure that powers outdoor recreation conversation and interactive digital experiences across our industry,” said David Tyler, CEO for Yonder. “We want to help people get outside and share their love for the outdoors, so we’re thrilled to unveil these new offerings to the Outdoor Retailer community.”
