The Small Business Administration (SBA) has released new guidance on Payroll Protection Program (PPP) loan forgiveness for winter seasonal businesses. Seasonal businesses can now refer to one of these three time periods when determining PPP loan forgiveness:
February 15-June 30, 2019
January 1-February 29, 2020 or
A consecutive 12-week period between May 1-September 15, 2019.
