Alta Cycling Group, whose brands include Diamondback, iZip, Redline and Haibike, is offering its authorized dealers a way to keep consumers shopping its brand’s websites informed when a bike is available locally and direct consumers to that nearby IBD.
Alta has implemented this new feature as a free service that authorized stocking dealer can use. Dealers can opt-in to provide a data feed via a simple POS system integration, through the Beeline Connect platform. Consumers will then be able to find the bike they’d like to purchase at a nearby dealer, and the system will direct them to the dealer to make the purchase.

Alta Cycling encourages all its dealers to take advantage of the Live Data Program. Technological advancements such as this further integrate the online and in-store shopping which provides a superior customer experience.
