BRP Inc. announced Manitou pontoon boats once again is a recipient of a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) for exceptional customer service.
The 2021 Marine Industry CSI Award in the Pontoon Boats category marks the 20th consecutive CSI awarded to Manitou pontoon boats – every year since the award’s inception.
The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to serve their customers. Award recipients achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1, and December 31, 2021.
