OutdoorIndustryJobs.com is providing a new platform and opportunities for jobseekers and employers to connect in the outdoor industry by launching an online job fair event on February 25, 2015. Jobseekers can meet employers in the industry, have one-on-one chats sharing their resume and experience and build a network by continuing conversations with employers, even after the event ends

For the employer online job fairs offer convenience, cost savings in travel and cast a wider net to jobseekers who may not be able to attend events in person, said King. Employers continue to have access to jobseeker data after the event.
