Gnarly Nutrition Names Head of Marketing

Gnarly Nutrition hired John Perry as its Head of Marketing. Perry brings more than two decades of strategic and creative marketing expertise for iconic brands. He has built and led marketing and creative teams, as well as launched and grown numerous brands, including Creminelli and Backcountry.

At Backcountry, Perry led the creative and production efforts that helped establish the brand as a leading outdoor retailer. He also spearheaded partnerships for the company’s social impact and sustainability initiatives, including work with Wynn Wiley (Pattiegonia) and Stan Evans.

Perry also developed partnerships with elite athletes including Shaun White, Travis Rice, Ted Ligety, Joss Christensen, Kaitlin Farrington, Russell Winfeild and many others.
