Gnarly Nutrition announced that all its powdered supplements are NSF Certified. NSF Certification is the gold standard for nutritional products, indicating they meet strict standards for public health protection and, at a baseline, it provides validity behind label claims and ingredients.
There are two levels of certification. Products that are NSF Content Certified go through independent testing for label claims and contaminants – meaning the ingredients listed on the label are exactly the contents you’ll find inside. Every product from Gnarly is NSF Content Certified.
The second type of certification is NSF for Sport, which ensures safety for athletes who compete at an elite level and have strict anti-doping rules in place. Products are tested for more than 270 banned substances as well as stimulants, narcotics, steroids, diuretics and masking agents.
