Sun Outdoors has acquired Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort franchisees, for which Leisure Systems Inc. (LSI) was the franchisor. The acquisition includes more than 70 Jellystone Park locations in North America.

LSI’s CEO and President Rob Schutter will continue in his role. Other details of the acquisition were not available.

Sun has been a valuable partner in the Jellystone Park franchise and today marks a welcomed expansion of that partnership that I believe we will all benefit from.”
