Selk’bag Launches Kids Recycled Wearable Sleeping Bag for Fall 2021

Selk’bag, the original wearable sleeping bag brand, announced the launch of its Kids Recycled wearable sleeping bag, landing at retailers including REI in fall 2021.

Lightweight and designed for unlimited adventuring, the Kids Recycled keeps kids cozy and on the move. It is ideal for backyard camping, stargazing, beach bonfires, sleepovers, outdoor cookouts, movie nights, hammock time and beyond.

Features include elastic hand closures, adjustable insulted hood and two-way double zipper for effortless entry. Machine washable with stuff sack for smooth transport and easy storage. International standard temperature rating 55-F for comfort. The Selk’bag is durable water repellent with shell insulation and zipper all made from 100 post-consumer recycled materials.

“Everyone loves having fun and staying cozy, especially kids,” said Cristobal Murillo, co-founder and CEO of Selk’bag. “We are happy to offer the next generation of eco-friendly adventurers the same unlimited freedom that, until now, was enjoyed exclusively by their parents. We’ve had lots of kids burrowing into their parents’ adult-sized Selk’bags so now the whole family can Selk together!”

The Kids Recycled hits retailers in October in two nature-inspired prints (flamingo and deep sea). MSRP $79.

Selk’bag is committed to helping protect the environment for the next generation and is a proud member of 1% for the Planet and the Outdoor Industry Association’s Climate Action Corps.
