Red Wing Shoe Company, based in Red Wing, Minn., is looking for a senior product developer, focused on footwear development, for its Red Wing brands. This position reports to the design & development manager for work and hunt brands.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years product development experience. Footwear manufacturing experience is essential. Candidates also must be able to travel internationally.
Candidates should be very knowledgeable in technical footwear development. This should include relevant experience in spec sheet construction, design translation, product and material testing, costing and advanced prototyping. Experience with pattern engineering and project management is also preferred.
