Oboz Footwear appointed Lauren Colalillo as VP of sales. Colalillo joins the company with 15+ years of sales leadership experience in the outdoor and sporting goods markets.
“The minute I met Lauren I knew she was the one to drive our sales strategy,” said Oboz president, Amy Beck. “Her love for hiking, infectious energy and keen business sense were immediately evident and will help us build on our global strategy and inspire more people to love hiking and love Oboz.”
As VP of sales, Colalillo will oversee all sales activities for the brand, and report directly to Beck. Her team will include regional sales managers, Joel Conybear and Christian Schumacher, as well as sales operations, which is led by director, Steve Lowry. Colalillo will also manage international sales as the brand continues to grow and expand.
Colalillo began her career with Wilson Sporting Goods prior to moving into more outdoor-focused sales positions, including with Arc’teryx, Salomon, Coleman and Marmot. Most recently, she was senior sales director with Revelyst, working across brands such as Simms, Bushnell, Primos and Camp Chef.
