Oberalp North America – which operates the Salewa, Dynafit, Wild Country, Pomoca, and Evolv brands in Canada and the United States – has promoted Ross Herr to Sales and Marketing Director. Also, Evan Horenovsky was named Supply Chain and Operations Manager.

Herr was promoted to Sales and Marketing Director after five years with the company in sales and marketing management. He has built a strong sales force, established great relationships with dealers and key accounts and worked effectively with international brand and product management to deliver exceptional products and marketing support for the North American market.
Herr led the sales and marketing of Salewa, Dynafit, Wild Country, and Pomoca in his prior role, and moving forward he will lead sales management for Evolv, in close coordination with the brand and National Sales Manager Jacob Jeffries.
Horenovsky will oversee the demand planning, supply chain and operations of the business. He also has been with the company for five years, most recently in the role of Senior Supply Chain Analyst.
The company also promoted several other key contributors in the past six months. Steve Goddard was named Key Account Manager, Michael Casarrubia was named Community Marketing Lead, and Connor Miles was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor.
