Northgate Converts Hospitality Creek into Jellystone Park

Northgate Resorts has acquired Hospitality Creek Campground & Swim Club and is converting it into a Jellystone park. Once complete, the campground will be New Jersey’s only Jellystone Park Camp-Resort, a press release stated.

“This picturesque campground is a perfect escape for families from Philadelphia to Atlantic City to the Jersey Shore, and it has more than 90 acres of additional space for us to add campsites, cabins and additional attractions to attract more guests,” said Zachary Bossenbroek, CEO of Northgate Resorts, which owns and operates 18 Jellystone Park Camp-Resort locations across the United States.

The campground has 233 campsites, including two cabins and six rental trailers. Northgate has added a jumping pillow and is installing gaga ball pits and new waterfront cabins. Plans for additional amenities include an interactive water play area—a classic for Jellystone Park locations.

Campers at Hospitality Creek can enjoy an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a 30-acre lake that offers fine freshwater fishing habitats. The lake also features diving docks, a water obstacle course and boat rentals.

Additional attractions include nature trails, playgrounds, a horseshoe pit and sports courts for basketball, baseball and volleyball.

The park conversion is set to begin this weekend, and Yogi Bear costumed characters will be present to join the celebration.
