Rentals of more than $49 are shipped directly to the customer’s home or destination at no charge; at the end of the rental, customers ship back, also at no charge. Cancellations are free up to 10 days before the rental window starts.

The Gear Wizards provide advice on choosing the right gear, packing lists and planning tips to help ensure the renter’s first outdoor adventure will not be their last.
