Jones Introduces Technical Outerwear Line for Fall 2021

Rooted in his lifelong passion for snowboarding, wilderness exploration and environmental activism, Jeremy Jones announced the launch of Jones’ first technical outerwear line.

Created to balance unmatched performance and durability with industry-leading sustainable manufacturing and material standards, Jones outerwear will hit retail around the world in Fall 2021.

From remote backcountry expeditions to all-day lift lapping, each piece in the Jones collection offers snow seekers the perfect outerwear, no matter where they roam or how they ride.

Jones outerwear is the future of environmentally minded movement focused technical gear built for pushing your limits and erasing boundaries.

The new line includes three collections: Shralpinist, Uphill and Mountain Surf.

The Shralpinist Collection is outerwear for shredders who climb peaks like alpinists. The jacket and pant feature body-mapped designs of Gore-Tex Pro’s most rugged and Gore-Tex Pro’s most breathable fabrics in 100 percent recycled face fabrics. This collection is built for climbing high, riding hard and pushing your limits in extreme conditions.

The Uphill Collection is designed for long days in the mountains covering huge amounts of terrain through ever-changing weather. Featuring cutting edge stretch breathable fabrics, including Jones’ exclusive 40K breathable, 20K waterproof, 100 percent recycled Peak Bagger jacket fabric, this collection is built to keep you cool and comfortable as you move and warm and dry when you rest.

The Mountain Surf Collection is do-everything outerwear that is built to handle every day of the winter and any approach to the mountains. Featuring soft-touch, four-way stretch 20K/20K body-mapped fabric and 100% recycled PrimaLoft PURE insulation, this collection is so comfortable and versatile you won’t want to take it off.

Common design elements the three collections are informative safety features. As a reminder to pay attention to avalanche danger, jackets include avalanche rescue diagrams inside the lining and five red flag icons on the sleeves. All jackets and pants also feature Recco reflectors, and most pieces are available in a high visibility “Safety Red” colorway.

To round out the line, Jones also has developed a tight collection of layering pieces including quick-dry recycled polyester tees, a merino wool tee, a 100 percent recycled polyester fleece mid layer and Jones’ signature Re-Up Down Puffy.

The environmental and social impact of the new outerwear collection is equally important as every piece in the line is made with the most sustainable materials possible
