Jack Wolfskin Expands North American Sales Team

Jack Wolfskin, a globally recognized outdoor performance apparel, footwear and equipment manufacturer, announced the strategic expansion of its North American wholesale business through the recent appointment of a new Director of Sales in North America and rep partnerships with multiple sales agencies.

Jack Wolfskin, a household name in outdoor apparel across Europe, established a North American subsidiary in 2019, after being acquired by Topgolf Callaway Brands, to position the business for growth. Last summer, Jon Hanson (pictured), a former executive at Mountain Hardwear, Salomon, Atomic, and Arc’teryx, was named as General Manager of North America and tasked with developing and implementing a strategic omnichannel market approach focused on communicating the brand’s unique positioning within specialty retail and activating other key partnerships. Hanson is looking forward to building Jack Wolfskin’s footprint in outdoor specialty retail at a time when many others have pulled back from independent retail.

To implement the new sales strategy, Hanson recently appointed Elliott Nolan (formerly Ruffwear, Arc’teryx, and Klean Kanteen) as Director of Sales in North America. Nolan will lead the strategic expansion of Jack Wolfskin across four target territories: New England, Intermountain, Rocky Mountain, and Western territories. Additional sales and brand support in these territories will be provided by Will Lachenauer of LG3 Sales Agency (Arizona, California and Nevada), Nick Patston and Ferd Torres of Urban Outdoor Sales (Colorado and New Mexico), Lindsey Balser (Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming)  and Tim Boyle (New England).
