Eastern Mountain Sports today announced the grand opening of its Princeton, N.J., store now with an exterior entrance at the MarketFair Mall. For the first time, the store will have a bike shop, children’s department, including apparel and accessories, and kayak and paddleboard rentals. The 13,325 square-foot store has in-store experts providing personalized fitting for footwear, backpacks, paddle sports and car racks, a road running footwear collection and an expanded paddle sports department, says the company.
The grand opening celebration, Oct. 12-18, 2014, will showcase the latest Fall 2014 outerwear and equipment for fall hiking and winter sports activities. Throughout opening festivities, customers may win prizes with one grand prizewinner receiving a kayak package valued at more than $1,000.
