Sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace is an important topic (always), and in the past 4 months has risen in the national consciousness as not “just” an individual woman’s problem to deal with (or not deal with), but as a significant toll on women’s careers, our economy and our society.
Camber Outdoors’ 2017 Workplace Study found that 31% of women respondents report discrimination at the company level　and 39% report discrimination at the industry level.
