ARTILECT, a technical apparel brand focused on performance, innovation and responsibility, has unveiled its Fall/Winter 2022 range which expands the brand’s A/SYS (ARTILECT Systems) approach to include three high-performance categories – Insulayer, Vaporlayer, and Missionlayer – each with a range of products for women and men.
The new A/SYS categories build atop the foundation of ARTILECT’s collection of Nuyarn-powered merino Baselayer (A/SYS-1) and Nextlayer (A/SYS-2), introduced in 2021.
Since its inception, ARTILECT has forged a path to move beyond the current state of technical apparel with designs, technologies and materials that set standards and align with the ARTILECT Systems (A/SYS) DNA, a skin-out approach to optimize thermoregulation, breathability and performance.

Working with innovative partners, ARTILECT demonstrates its commitment to forging a new path by integrating multiple first-to-market technologies in the Fall/Winter 2022 Collection, including YKK’s user-repairable and PU conceal zippers, ALLIED ExpeDRY 700FP ultra-high-performance active-drying down, Trizar space-certified technology for heat management, and High & Dry, ARTILECT’s exclusive 30k/30k waterproof/breathable technologies that reinvent technical apparel performance in both 2- and 3-layer constructions.
Also integrated for performance and sustainability are YKK Touchlink fasteners with Lifekey safety functionality (a first for a North American brand), lavalan® wool insulation, EMPEL superhydrophobic water protection, Toray stretch fabrics, Primaloft BIO performance fabric, and RECCO reflectors.
