René Stutz, North American President and CEO of Victorinox Swiss Army, announced the appointment of Kipp Acton as Senior Vice President of Sales. Kipp will have sales management responsibility for all product divisions including: Swiss Army Knives, Retail and Commercial Cutlery, Victorinox Swiss Army and Wenger Timepieces, Fragrance, Corporate Markets, Fashion, and Victorinox, Wenger, and Swiss Gear Travel Gear.
“Based on Kipp’s extremely relevant and varied experience in the consumer products industry, it’s as if he were tailor-made for this new position” Said Stutz. “As a complement to Kipp’s professional experience, the Victorinox Swiss Army product portfolio is varied, which makes maximizing its potential both exciting and also a delicate task. For us, it’s not a matter of if the brand is strongest when all products are integrated, but rather how best to achieve that integration through our many touch points. Kipp’s leadership will help us to achieve that proper balance.”
Most recently, Kipp held the position of Vice President of Wholesale for Swarovski N.A., He has also held prominent leadership and directorial positions at esteemed companies such as Ralph Lauren, Estée Lauder, and Pimpernel USA.
