The next Running Event, set to take place Dec. 3-5, 2019, in Austin, Texas, will be condensed to three days down from the four days the show has been in the past, event officials announced this week. The moves reportedly is based on post-event comments from attendees at the 2018 show.
According the event’s manager, Christina Henderson, TRE “will have a full day of quality content for retailers on Tuesday, December 3, and then have two full days of trade show hours on Wednesday the 4th and Thursday the 5th. With this structure, we will increase the amount of time retailers and brands have on the trade show floor. Plus, we’ll still have plenty of time for networking, the Indie 5k and all the other activities that make TRE an enjoyable, worthwhile experience.”
