Terramar has taken a performance technology and made it even better. The integration of carbon into the original ClimaSense formulation has boosted the overall performance of its products, says the company. Now users can stay dryer and more comfortable in all their outdoor adventures.
A number of factors influence the skins surface temperature. Key among them is weather and activity level. ClimaSense Carbon is engineered to recognize an individuals need to warm up or cool down. When you are cold the fiber structure reacts by being more resistant to heat loss, thereby retaining warmth. When you are hot the fiber structure conducts heat away from the body, thus cooling you down, said Terramar.
ClimaSense Carbon also has a greater ability to wick and move moisture away from the skin for faster drying and to better absorb odors for improved odor control.
The new improved thermoregulating technology has been incorporated into the total 2017 Fall/Winter line.
