Study Shows Personalization ROI

Findings from Retail Touchpoints’ inaugural Personalization Benchmark Survey Report show that personalization strategies are paying off for the retailers that are upping the antes on their initiatives. According to the report 66% of retailers credit personalization strategies with increasing sales; while 63% say personalization has increased customer loyalty/retention. More than two-thirds of respondents credit personalization with improving customer acquisition; and 46% of retailers say personalization has boosted sales by up to 10%.
