Outdoor direct-to-consumer brand Stio has announced the promotion of Noah Waterhouse as its president and chief marketing officer. Waterhouse will report to founder and CEO Stephen Sullivan.
In his new role, Waterhouse is responsible for ensuring the efficient function of Stio’s business to drive significant, sustainable growth. He will lead the executive team and bring together product development, operations, finance, marketing and sales teams to deliver on the vision of the founder, board of directors and senior management, said the company.
In his previous capacity as CMO, Waterhouse has led the company’s direct-to-consumer sales and marketing strategy while driving a compounded annual growth rate of 54 percent over the past five years. Prior to joining Stio, he was creative services director at Circ Design, where he led account strategy and business development efforts for the agency. He started his career as a partner and marketing director at RhinoSkin, a multi-channel manufacturer of handheld computer accessories.
