Sheehan Steps Down at Keen

Less than a year after he left retirement to assume the role as president of the company, Casey Sheahan, who previously served as both president and board member, has decided to leave the company “in order to pursue his passions in the mountains and to be closer to family,” announced the company. Effective immediately, CEO Rory Fuerst assumes the role of president at Keen, Inc., the company he founded in 2003.

“After two years as a KEEN board advisor, Casey came out of retirement to join us as president and did a tremendous job,” says Fuerst. “We thank him for his dedication and leadership, and wish him all the best in his new endeavors.”

“We will undoubtedly miss Casey’s leadership, but we are thankful for his guidance and we wish him the best,” says Rory Fuerst. ”I have the utmost confidence in the KEEN team and executive leadership to continue our momentum and values-led efforts.”
