Ripton & Co. Drops Denim Bike Pants

Ripton & Co., an advanced, technical active stretch denim brand is disrupting the bike apparel market by releasing men’s and women’s denim bike pants.

“The pants are super-thin, really comfortable and a performance-oriented product,” described Elliot Wilkinson-Ray, founder and CEO of Ripton. “We are having a lot of fun with this product category and these pants make a statement on and off the bike — that you’re not taking yourself too seriously and you’re having a lot more fun than everyone else.”

Ripton Operations Manager Ryan Fezler added, “The bike pants send a different message on riding attire. They hold well, stretch well, roll fast – this is what I want to be riding in. I’ve taken them on 100-mile rides and it’s fun; they fit well and are an added layer of protection to shed the winter air.”

The bike pants are made with stretchy four-way denim and are sourced from the most technical denim factory in Europe producing quality products with a comfortable, outdoor fit. They are up to UCI downhill regulations, have hip pocket storage and front mesh pockets, a raised back for better on-bike fit, articulated knees with room for knee pads and a wide waistband with an internal drawstring belt system for a comfortable fit on and off the bike. Retail price is $120.
