RAEN Introduces Recycled Sunglass Collection

RAEN, a premium eyewear brand, announced a collection of sunglasses using recycled acetate to produce frames for its popular styles.

The Recycled Black Collection combines modern technology and innovative materials with classic designs. RAEN showcases its commitment to style and sustainability with the collection.

The Recycled Black Collection was designed using acetate made from 100 percent recycled materials, using leftovers from acetate producers to create a rich black acetate. By transitioning its black SKUs to Recycled Black, RAEN furthers its mission to create premium frames with a lighter footprint.

“Introducing this new material to our sunglass collection is a step towards our long-term commitment to sustainability and our willingness to continuously innovate and improve our products,” said RAEN co-founder and Design Director Jordan Percy “The Recycled Black products are beautiful and the result of thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and attention to every detail.”

The Recycled Black Collection is highlighted with all styles from the SS23 collection, including Basq, Rufio, Zelti, Squire, Breya and Ynez. Additionally, a selection of top styles such as Remmy, Wiley, Phonos, Rune, Mystiq and Keera is included in the initial launch.

The combination of recycled materials, premium hinges and hardware, and precision optics manufactured by Carl Zeiss Vision demonstrates RAEN’s commitment to high-quality products.

The Recycled Black Collection ranges from $149.95 to $184.95 and is available on raen.com and select specialty retail.
