Princeton Tec has named Anna Tsahourides to its team of Dealer Services Representative. Tsahourides will focus on dealer and customer relations in the outdoor and bike markets.
“Princeton Tec is excited to welcome Anna to our constantly growing and evolving team,” said George Chevalier, Marketing Manager at Princeton Tec. “Our goal is to build our brand through customer relations, and as our support staff continues to grow we look to connect our inside team with the consumer through people’s experiences here.”
Tsahourides bring years of experience working in sales and warranty at bike shops, providing her with the patience, knowledge and know-how to handle any outcome from a simple warranty issue to a new or long-standing customer inquiry, says the company.
