The National Retail Federation (NRF) announced that it will hold a media call on Tue., Oct. 15, to release its retail sales forecast for the 2024 winter holiday season.
NRF president and CEO, Matthew Shay will discuss consumer behavior trends as well as the outlook for retail sales growth during the 2024 winter holiday season. Additionally, NRF chief economist, Jack Kleinhenz will address key economic indicators, among them:
- Employment
- Inflation
- Consumer confidence
NRF’s SVP for communications and public affairs, Bill Thorne, will also present. An interactive Q&A session will follow the presentation.
