Norrøna, the four-season Norwegian outdoor brand, announced a new sales partnership with Ian Decker at Black Dog Sales Group, who will represent the brand throughout the Rocky Mountain and Intermountain West territory. Decker brings more than 20 years of experience working with outdoor brands to the Norrøna sales team and will aid the brand in continuing to grow awareness throughout the region.
Norrøna U.S. sales manager Adam Chamberlain will continue to manage relationships with key accounts and specialty retailers throughout the Midwest, as well as sales relationships in the Northeast. Kyle Hadersberger, who joined the Norrøna sales team in 2019, will continue representing Norrøna in the Pacific Northwest as an independent representative with Wedge Mountain Outdoor.

Decker has spent the last few decades developing sales strategies for industry leading brands such as Helly Hansen, K2, Altra Footwear, Marmot and Arc’teryx Equipment.
