Nocs Provisions, maker of adventure-ready binoculars and accessories, announced two new hires that will support the brand’s growth: Jackson Fox joins as Marketing Manager and Kasia Wojnar joins as Operations Manager.
From a ski patroller in the Tahoe basin to his most recent position as Marketing Manager at Ride Concepts, a mountain bike footwear manufacturer, Fox is well versed in the outdoor industry. A strategic brand leader and content manager, Fox brings a passion for outdoor spaces and a range of experience from media production to outdoor education and backcountry medicine.
“I am stoked to be joining the team at Nocs Provisions! Initially, I felt that the binocular and optics market, with its traditional emphasis on hunting, would feel foreign compared to the rest of my experience in the outdoor industry. Nocs, however, is shaping up to be a major disruptor in this space and rewriting the rulebook on the use of optics in our day-to-day recreation. I honestly couldn’t feel more at home with its roots embedded in surf culture and environmentalism,” Fox said.
Wojnar brings an abundance of personal and professional outdoor experience with her to this new position with Nocs. Her previous roles include trip leading for Backroads, an international tourism company specializing in multi-day biking trips and ski instructing for Palisades Tahoe, her home ski mountain. A logistical expert, Wojnar’s most recent role was facilitating operations at Luno, a car camping gear company.
