Mountain Hardwear announced two new additions to its product department. Jennifer Zollars joins the team as Senior Product Line Manager of Sportswear and Karie Carter comes aboard as the Women’s Design Manager.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to have Jenn and Karie join our product team,” said Robert Fry, director of product merchandising and product at Mountain Hardwear. “They both bring an inspiring level of focus and enthusiasm to the company.”
With 14 years in the outdoor industry, Zollars provides a distinctive viewpoint as a former rep for brands like Royal Robins, Horny Toad, Cloudveil and Lole. Her women’s specific expertise comes from years as a product line manager for brands such as Columbia Sportswear and most recently, Eddie Bauer.
Carter comes to Mountain Hardware with design experience at a breadth of athletic and outdoor brands, including NIKE, Columbia Sportswear, New Balance and most recently The North Face.
“I’m really excited about the opportunity to shape the future of women’s business at Mountain Hardwear,” said Carter. “My experience lies in both Sportswear and Outerwear so I’m really looking forward to weaving the two together.”
