Since 2001, the NMMA CSI program has been leading the way in providing industry benchmarking data for boat, engine and dealer comparisons. The CSI initiative surveys more than 175,000 customers who have purchased a new boat or engine within the past 12 months to identify the winner. With the aim of helping manufacturers enhance their products and services for greater customer satisfaction, the NMMA also shares the collected information with participants.
