Hydro Flask Receives Second iF Design Award

Hydro Flask has won an iF Design Award for its 64 oz Growler. The annual industrial design competition dates back to 1953 and selects products based on their design quality, workmanship, choice of materials, degree of innovation, environmental friendliness, functionality, visualization, safety, branding and ergonomics.

For more than six decades, the iF Design Award has been recognized around the world as a label of design excellence. This year, the high profile, international jury evaluated 5,575 entries from over 59 countries in order to determine who would receive the coveted seal of excellence.

The Hydro Flask 64 oz Growler received recognition for its proprietary Fresh Carry System cap that is leak-proof and keeps beer cold and carbonated for 24 hours or longer. The unique one-handed pour design allows for easy, ergonomic transport and ensures a perfect pour.

“We are honored to be recognized by the International Forum Design for a second year in a row,” said Hydro Flask Vice President of Product, David Visnack. “Receiving another iF Design Award is a testament to our team’s dedication to creating premium, innovative products and elevating user experience.”

The 2017 iF Design Awards ceremony will take place on March 10 in Munich, Germany. In the last year, Hydro Flask has won two iF Design Awards, two GOOD DESIGN Awards and two Red Dot Design Awards.
