HydraPak Partners with Access Fund to Support Public Lands

HydraPak and Access Fund have partnered to support public land conservation through awareness and charitable fundraising at Outdoor Retailer Summer Market 2017.

HydraPak will produce 500 limited-edition, co-branded STOW 500ML bottles designed by Igawa Design exclusively for Outdoor Retailer. Each bottle will be given away to attendees, for a requested $5 donation with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Access Fund’s public land conservation efforts. The bottles will be a commemorative piece of memorabilia for the last Outdoor Retailer in Salt Lake City, and are intended to keep participants of the “This Land is Our Land” March hydrated while they support the cause on Thursday, July 27th.

“We know public land conservation is the hot button issue at Outdoor Retailer this year – but it’s a cause we’ve supported for years – so we wanted to make sure we remained involved in a tangible way,” says Matt Lyon, CEO of HydraPak. “Access Fund helps protect climbing on public lands, so we’re pleased to support their advocacy work through fundraising with our climbing-specific STOW bottle.”

The STOW is a new flexible bottle made by HydraPak debuting at Outdoor Retailer for Spring 2018.

“It felt like a natural fit to partner with HydraPak to defend our climbing areas,” said Michael Allen, Development Director at Access Fund. “They push the boundaries of hydration with products that athletes and climbers alike rely on to perform at their peak. Every critical dollar raised toward this initiative will help support Access Fund’s advocacy work around Bears Ears and all our National monuments.”

The special edition ORSM STOW bottles will be available at the HydraPak (#5031) and Access Fund (#3050) booths while supplies last.
