Honeywell Names President of Retail Business

Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS) announced the appointment of Craig Reingold, a 25-year veteran of the footwear industry, to lead its global Retail business, which offers commercial and retail footwear as well as personal protective equipment. The SPS Retail business includes a portfolio of popular commercial and recreational footwear, including The Original Muck Boot Company and XTRATUF brands, as well as select personal protective equipment for hunting sports and general safety.

Reingold, who will report to SPS President and CEO John Waldron, will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans for the business.

“We see tremendous opportunity to accelerate growth in all our retail products,” said Waldron. “Craig has a successful track record of growing brands, as well as the leadership skills and operational expertise necessary to help unlock the full potential of our Retail businesses.”

Before joining Honeywell, Reingold served as general manager, Americas, for TOMS Shoes, where he developed and led a long-term growth strategy for the business. Prior to that he worked for Wolverine Worldwide/Collective Brands, where he served as global brand president of its Sperry Top-Sider brand; Ariat International, a U.S.-based leader in western and English footwear and apparel; and Keds Corp., an industry leader in branded men’s, women’s and children’s casual footwear.

The Honeywell Retail brands includes The Original Muck Boot Company, XTRATUF Boots, Neos, Oliver Safety Boots by Honeywell, Ranger and Servus as well Howard Leight by Honeywell and select Honeywell personal protective equipment sold through retail channels.
