Headsweats, a leader in high performance headwear, named of industry veteran, Jim Heese, as Chief Executive Officer.
In this role, Heese will provide strategic development and guidance to sales and marketing initiatives including factory production, product development, brand positioning and more. He will lead the brand out of the Boulder, Colorado headquarters.

Heese joins Headsweats from Exxel Outdoors, where he served as chief marketing officer and most recently, executive vice president. As EVP at Exxel Outdoors he managed brands including Compass 360, Serta Airbeds, Instabed, X20, and owned relationships with retailers including Walmart, Target and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
He also brings extensive industry experience to his new position as the founder and president of Pactimo, the first custom cycling apparel brand to go fully digital and embrace e-commerce.
