Flagstaff Trails Initiative to Hold Public Workshop

The Flagstaff Trails Initiative will hold a community workshop on October 10 at the Flagstaff High School Commons in Flagstaff, Arizona. The event will be open to the public, and will run from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

The meeting will educate attendees  about the Flagstaff Trails Initiative, while providing an opportunity for community members to share ideas on how to improve the area’s trails. Feedback will help the Flagstaff Trails Initiative form strategies and goals for 2019.

The Flagstaff Trails Initiative’s founding members include the City of Flagstaff, Coconino County, Coconino National Forest and the National Park Service. The group is also supported by the Coconino Trail Riders, The Nature Conservancy, the Sierra Club and the Arizona Trail Association.
