Exxel Outdoors has purchased a spacious building in the Denver metro area to be its global headquarters, announced Harry Kazazian, CEO and Chairman. It is anticipated that Exxel will complete the redesign of the 39,000 square foot structure and move its staff from the company’s current Boulder location in Q1 of 2020.
“A vital component in executing Exxel Outdoors’ long-term growth strategy is to provide a dynamic, inspiring environment for our teams to collaborate and reach their full potential,” commented Kazazian. “We’re thrilled that our new headquarters will provide just that for our expanding and evolving workforce.”
Situated in the Interlocken area of Broomfield, the new Exxel headquarters provides spectacular views and outdoor spaces to complement the inviting interior, said the company.
Exxel’s executives said they chose this location in large part because of it being close to both Denver and Boulder, which will be helpful in continuing to attract top talent to its workplace. They also find it advantageous to be in Broomfield, known for its forward-thinking economic vitality, as well as planned commercial land use balanced with generous open space, parks and natural areas.
“Our employees love to work at providing the world with great gear to enjoy the outdoors, but just as much, they love to play outdoors themselves,” remarked Kazazian. “Our new headquarters will provide a tremendous environment for both.” ffffefffffff
