Dick’s Sporting Goods announcedt grand opening celebrations for new stores in Boise, Idaho and Goldsboro, N.C. The store in Boise, at 131N. Milwaukee St., is Dick’s fourth store in Idaho. The Goldsboro store, located 505 Eastgate Dr., is its 32nd in North Carolina.
Both stores will feature three-day grand opening celebrations that will run through Sunday, Feb. 22. On Friday, the first 100 people in line will be eligible for a free Reebok Play Dry T-Shirt. Guests who are in line at 7:45am on Friday will get a chance to open the Dick’s Sporting Goods Gift Locker.
Saturday and Sunday giveaways include a free Mystery Gift Card from $5 to $500 for the first 100 adults in line. Guests who are in line at 7:45 a.m. Saturday and 8:45 a.m. on Sunday will also get a chance to open the Dick’s Sporting Goods Gift Locker.
At the Boise stores, former Boise quarterback Kellen Moore will appear in store from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. At the Goldsboro location, Carolina wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery will make an in-store appearance on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m while former college and pro quarterback David Garrard will be in-store from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m on Sunday.
Overall, Dick’s SG has 606 stores nationwide.
