Rozwadowska brings 13 years of sales and marketing experience in the outdoor, sports and active lifestyle industries to drive the brand’s next phase of growth and product launches.
Rozwadowska will lead the sales department overseeing commercial and growth strategy. Her expertise and leadership with high-profile brands will play a major role as DECKED prepares to unveil its next generation of products and grow its presence within the outdoor and action sports industries.
Prior to joining DECKED, Rozwadowska led global teams at blackcrows, after serving a long tenure at Nike, where she held various senior positions in sales merchandising across several product and consumer constructs in North America.
