Long time Outdoor Industry leader, Brian Kelleghan, was recently elected to serve as national nonprofit Choose Outdoors’ Vice Chairman. In addition to owning an international outdoor product manufacturing business, Mr. Kelleghan is an Eagle Scout with a passion for introducing inner city youth to the great outdoors.
According to Choose Outdoors founder and president, Bruce Ward, “Mr. Kelleghan epitomizes the passion for the organization’s mission of ‘Connecting All Americans to our public lands through recreation.’
“He has helped develop a program that combines the resources of Scouting with the Mile High Rotary Club in Denver. These inner city youth, many of whom have never been outside Denver, finally had the chance to go rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking and overnight camping thanks to Brian’s leadership.”
