Cascade Designs has named Lizanne Venneri as its director of dealer and customer services. In her role, Venneri Venneri is responsible for training and managing Cascade
Designs’ 21 dealer, customer service representatives and warranty staff.
She will also be working with the company’s quality assurance, safety, e-commerce and IT teams to ensure that anyone associated with the brand, from retailers to end consumers, has a positive experience from purchase to warranty, said the company.
“We’re thrilled to have a professional of Lizanne’s caliber at Cascade,” Chas Fisher, Cascade Designs vice president of sales said. “I am confident in her ability to build Cascade Designs’ sales service platform to help further our goal of delivering world-class service to our customers.”
Venneri has been involved with customer service and account management in over a decade of work in the outdoor industry. Most recently, she worked as the customer service manager for Outdoor Research.
