Applications Open for ‘36 Hours in Kitsbow’ Grant Program

Kitsbow, a maker of premium cycling clothing and accessories, announced grant applications are open for its 2021 36 Hours in Kitsbow film series, which highlights unique, short films telling the story of a cycling adventure in 36 hours. Grant recipients will earn cash, gear and promotion of their films.

“The goal for ‘36 Hours in Kitsbow’ has always been to show the world that anyone can have an epic experience right outside their front door,” said David Billstrom, CEO of Kitsbow. “This year, more than ever, we are looking for inspiration and we are so excited to see new films from our customers and fans. We encourage you to share your story with us.”

From now until March 19, 2021, Kitsbow will accept applications detailing what your 36-hour adventure will look like, and why Kitsbow should help fund it. The most creative and well thought out pitches will receive these prizes:

  • Cash – Kitsbow will grant $1,200 towards film-production expenses
  • Gear – Kitsbow will provide a variety of gear to be worn in the film
  • Promo – Each film will be promoted through Kitsbow’s social media channels and other marketing platforms, providing key exposure to bike and outdoor audiences.
