Portable power company Goal Zero launched its Solar Ready collaboration program designed to give brands the ability to integrate Goal Zero’s line of panels and power packs into future outdoor products. The first brand to participate in the program, Gregory Mountain Packs, has introduced the Stout and Amber Solar Ready backpacks, giving outdoor enthusiasts the opportunity to experience a fully integrated outdoor adventure powered by the sun.
The Stout and Amber packs are compatible with Goal Zero’s Nomad solar panels and array of portable power packs, enabling adventurers, mobile consumers and outdoor enthusiasts to take their travels to even remote places without relying on a wall outlet to power their favorite devices.
“From backpacks to kayaks to tents, we’re collaborating with brands our customers already know and love,” said James Atkin, Director of Brand Marketing and Solar Ready Partnerships. “Solar Ready unlocks the ability for brands to work directly with us to create integrated products that truly allow outdoor enthusiasts to live life off the grid.”
“Incorporating new technology has always been important to us, so a collaboration with Goal Zero and their solar technology was a perfect fit,” said John Sears, director of product development at Gregory.
