Hydro Flask has hired industry veteran Mike Wallenfels as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. In his new role, Wallenfels will lead the company’s global expansion efforts and continued revenue growth. In addition to his role on the senior leadership team, Wallenfels also serves as on the board for the nonprofit Big City Mountaineers.
In 2009, Wallenfels stepped away from Mountain Hardwear and Montrail as well as the chair of Outdoor Industry Assocaition to join Timbuk2 Designs as its CEO, where he led re-organization efforts and guided their wholesale, international, eCommerce, direct retail expansion, and corporate sales efforts.
