Vasque Footwear has welcomed industry veteran Peter McConkie as its new National Sales Manager. Beginning in November, McConkie will head up leadership of the domestic sales team. He is charged with driving domestic wholesale business in existing channels and develop new channels of distribution to help engage all outdoor users.
Vasque Global Sales Manager Joel Lee said, “Peter is an avid outdoor enthusiast, who is bringing many years of sales and brand strategy experience to our team with a solid reputation of sharing our core values. His connections with dealers is invaluable and we’re thrilled to have him on our team.”
With 20 years of sales experience at Liberty Mountain, from representative all the way to sales director level, McConkie has a strong understanding of a brand’s market potential and what it takes to grow within those markets.
