Ticla, the new lifestyle car camping company, officially opened offices in downtown Ventura, Calif. Located in a shuttered record shop, Ticla’s new digs are complete with a tent set-up for midday siestas, but visitors are just as likely to catch a glimpse of the Shado Inflato, Ticla’s inflatable sun shelter, at what the team has dubbed the “C Street office,” the nearest beach.
“Ventura is a perfect match for our company,” said Ticla founder Rich Hill. “It’s a great place to be with the obvious proximity to fantastic surf breaks and beaches, quick access to some of the greatest high Sierra, coastal and desert campsites, and we’re just over an hour from our warehouse in Los Angeles.”
“We’d like to extend an invitation to stop by and say hello,” said Meghan Kearns, Ticla’s Director of Marketing and Operations. “Give us a call and we’ll roll out a Camp Hero for you, mix up some margaritas and let you play with Rose, our little camp puppy.”
